Tria is New Name for Trilogy Condo Project

I recently received an e-mail from Camille Courtney, President of Rancho Cortina Properties informing me of the name change from Trilogy to Tria. (See copy of e-mail below.):

Patrick, I am forwarding the latest site plan. We have renamed the community Tria, as Shea Homes owns the Trilogy name. We have made some modifications, namely adding driveways to some units, adjusting the median design off E. Natoma, Wanted you to have the latest. Hope all is well. The traffic analysis is due out this week, and I’ll forward it when it becomes available.

Editors Note: As far as I am concerned, they are also trying to disguise this condominium project by calling it Tria Attached Homes. No matter what they call it, 141 units of anything is still too dense in a community of single family homes where the maximum current density is 4 to 5 homes per acre.
