PERSONAL BACKGROUND * Patrick and his bride Kathy, happily married for many years and still honeymooning, have two adult married daughters, one granddaughter, two grandsons, and another grandson on the way. * Early in 2003 Patrick and Kathy moved into a new home they had built in Empire Ranch in Folsom, California. * Living in California for over 28 years has given Patrick extensive personal knowledge of communities throughout the State. In addition to living in the Greater Sacramento Area (El Dorado Hills and Folsom, CA) for more than 15 years, He also lived in the Bay Area (San Ramon) for over 12 years, and the LA Area (Orange County) for nearly 2 years. In a past life, he successfully negotiated major contracts for international clients and sincerely enjoys the contract side of the real estate business. * He was born in Pennsylvania, went to school and worked in Ohio, and additionally lived and worked in Indianapolis, IN; Orlando, FL; Bloomfield Hills, MI; Loveland, CO; and Williamsburg, VA.
